JUNIOR WINTER DEVELOPMENT 2012
Please be advised that GWBA have announced they are running a winter development program this year for U/12s & U/14s that will compete in the Hill league winter competition, which is played on Sunday mornings. This program replaces the one the club had proposed to run.
If you are interested in playing winter baseball then please register your interest ASAP as places in the program may be limited.
To register your interest Click Here and click on one of the entries called "EOI for Playing in JNR Winter Comp 2012" found in the April 2012 calendar and follow the onscreen instructions.
GWBA is also asking for EOI from coaches, so if interested please click the same link above and select "Officials Registration" and follow the onscreen instructions.
ADULT TEEBALL GALA DAY
Just for a bit of fun, the club would like to hold an Adult teeball gala day on Saturday March 3rd 2012.
Teams of at least 9 players will be playing a number of games against one another, however the difference to any normal week is that they will all be playing teeball as per the U/8s rules, with some slight modifications to accomodate the fact that adults are playing.
This is a great opportunity for junior parents to get together and show the kids you've still got it or maybe the Seniors & Women's League players would like to show up the Major League.
Adult teeball will prove to be a great equaliser and is sure to be a lot of fun for all.
Registration is $10 per player and players must be at least 14 years old to play.
If you would like further information or you have a team ready to go, please contact the Club President Here to register your team name and your player list and also to get a copy of the rules for the Gala Day.
Also, if your team needs a few more players or you are a player who doesn't have a team but would like to play, please send your details through as you could be matched together to fill a team.
SENIORS WINTER REGISTRATION
Registration for the 2012 seniors winter season will be held at the canteen area of Andrews Road Baseball complex on the following dates:
Saturday 18/02/2012 from 9:30am till 12:30pm
Sunday 26/02/2012 from 12pm till 2pm
Penrith Baseball Club Inc caters to players of all skill levels with divisions available from 1st through to 6th division. Whether you are a new player to the sport or a 20 year veteran, we will endeavour to find the right spot for you.

NSW U/15 GIRLS STATE TEAM
A huge congratulations goes to Erin Morgan, member of the Penrith U/17s and Penrith Women's league sides, who has been selected for the NSW U/15s Girls State team. Erin will represent NSW at the first Under 15's Girls National Championships being held in Canberra from April 6th - 9th 2012.
We all wish Erin the best of luck in the Championships and we know she will do us all proud. Go Erin!!!
